Vertu Nissan Ilkeston were fantastic because the sales person I dealt with (Karl) was both welcoming and friendly. As the car I had originally seen had been sold when I arrived, he asked what I was looking for and then looked online for alternatives. He was able to source a vehicle that matched my needs and have it moved from another branch to enable me to see it. He also took time to ensure the vehicle looked it best before I viewed and took it for a test drive. At no point did he try to pressure me into anything, and gave me time to come to a decision about whether to buy he vehicle. He made the whole experience a good one I would hope to contact him again when I am next looking to exchange the car.
